摘    要:临床思维是对医学知识和医疗经验进行合理运用的认识活动,对学生临床思维能力培养是医学教学的重要目标。中医临床思维在过程和形式上,都表现出与西医学不尽相同的规律和特点。建立一套中医临床思维教育模式对于学生培养尤其重要。提出“加强基础理论、重视临床实践、利用案例教学、辅以多学科知识”一种四位一体的教育模式,以期能为学生临床思维能力的养成有所帮助。

Abstract:Clinical thinking is a kind of cognizing activities that makes reasonable application of medical knowledge and treatment experience. Nurturing students' clinical thinking ability is an important target of medical teaching. Clinical thinking of Chinese medicine is quite different from that of Western medicine in terms of both process and form. It is especially important to set up a whole set of educational modes for clinical thinking of Chinese medicine. It is hoped that students' clinical thinking ability can be cultivated by adopting the mode of strengthening basic theories, emphasizing clinical practice, promoting case study and providing knowledge of multi-discipline.
