| 摘 要： | 目的探讨HSP27mRNA在食管鳞癌组织中的表达情况。方法采用组织原位杂交技术检测36例食管癌组织,癌旁组织和正常组织中HSP27mRNA的表达。结果Hsp27mRNA在食管鳞癌组织中的染色主要定位于胞浆,呈灶性或弥漫性分布,而在切缘正常粘膜中,呈点状或灶性分布;食管鳞癌组织和癌旁组织的HSP27mRNA表达差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),二者与正常食管粘膜相比,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.005,P<0.005)。结论食管鳞癌组织和癌旁组织中HSP27mRNA的表达水平与正常食管粘膜相比均明显升高,提示HSP27mRNA在食管鳞癌中高表达。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of HSP27mRNA in esophageal cancer. Methods We detected the expression of HSP27mRNA in esophageal Carcinoma tissue, mucosa adjacent to cancer , normal esophageal mucosa by hybridization histochemistry. Results We found the Hsp27mRNA express in en-dochylema of esophageal Carcinoma tissue, there are no difference in the expression of esophageal Carcinoma tissue and mucosa adjacent to cancer （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, significant difference was found in the two and normal esophageal mucosa（P 〈 0 .001, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Compared with normal esophageal mucosa, the expression of HSP27 mRNA in esophageal squamous carcinoma and mucosa adjacent to cancer was markedly increased. |
