| 摘 要： | 慢性疾病性贫血在住院患者中很常见 ,其发病率在整个贫血中仅次于缺铁性贫血。常在感染、炎症、恶性肿瘤和创伤等基础上发生。为了对该病的诊断及治疗有更清楚的认识 ,近些年来很多学者对其发病机制 ,特别是细胞因子、红细胞生成素在其中的作用有了较深入的研究 ,为诊治慢性疾病性贫血提供了一定的理论基础

| Abstract: | Anemia of chronic disease(ACD) is one of the most common anemias in hospitalized patients with anemia. In all kinds of anemias, the incidence rate of ACD is only lower than that of iron-deficiency anemia. ACD often occurs after infection, inflammation, malignant tumor and trauma. Recently, some scholars conducted some studies on pathogenesis of ACD, especially on roles of cytokine and erythropoietin(EPO) in ACD.The results of these studies provided some theoretical basis for diagnosis of the disease. |
