| 摘 要： | 目的观察益气活血中药对奥沙利铂神经毒性的拮抗作用。方法对接受奥沙利铂化疗的54例肿瘤患者，分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在应用奥沙利铂化疗的同时配合益气活血中药治疗，对照组单用化疗。结果治疗组与对照组比较，两组临床疗效相似，但治疗组神经毒性的发生数以及发生程度明显低于对照维。结论益气活血中药能有效的干预和拮抗奥沙利铂的神经毒性。
