安宫牛黄丸联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝硬化合并肝性脑病疗效观察

目的观察门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合安宫牛黄丸治疗肝硬化合并肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的肝硬化合并肝性脑病患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。对照组给予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸静滴,治疗组在此基础上加用安宫牛黄丸口服,两组连用7d为一个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后的肝功能、血氨及有效率。结果两组比较,治疗组总有效率为85.71%,对照组为69.05%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05);治疗后治疗组各项指标如ALT、血氨和TBil均低于对照组(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合安宫牛黄丸治疗肝硬化合并肝性脑病疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Angongniuhuang Pill Joint Or-nithine Aspartate in theTreatment of Cirrhosis Merger Hepatic En-cephalopathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ornithine aspartate combined with Angongni-uhuang in the treatment of cirrhosis merger hepatic encephalopathy. Methods 84 patients with cirrho-sis merger hepatic encephalopathy in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and con-trol group, each group with 42 cases. The control group was received intravenous ornithine aspartate, the treatment group was given oral Angongniuhuang based on the control group. Every seven days was as a course. Liver function, ammonia and efficient in patients were compared before and after treat-ment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 85.71%, and that in control group was 69.05%,there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）; After treatment, indicators such as ALT,ammonia and TBil are lower in the control group （P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclu-sion The clinical efficacy of ornithine aspartate combined with Angongniuhuang in the treatment of cirrhosis merger hepatic encephalopathy was definite,be worthy of clinical application.
