彩超引导肾穿剌配合经皮肾镜钬激光碎石的临床应用价值

目的:评估彩超引导下建立经皮肾穿刺通道行经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)的方法。方法:收治215例肾结石患者行彩色B超引导下建立经皮肾穿刺通道PCNL.结果:本组215例,总穿剌成功率为98.54%,3例因肾体积缩小,未能建立"人工肾积水"穿剌失败,占1.46%。一期碎石190例,占92.68%,二期碎石12例,占5.85%。结论:彩色超声引导经皮肾穿定位安全、准确、损伤小、操作简便,是目前钬激光碎石造瘘建立通道最理想的定位穿剌方法,对临床有很好的应用价值。
