灯盏花素对肾缺血再灌注损伤中线粒体的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的观察肾缺血再灌注对线粒体的损伤及灯盏花素的保护作用.方法采用大鼠肾缺血再灌注模型,观察灯盏花素对缺血再灌注肾组织线粒体中 SOD、 GSH- PX活力及 MDA含量的影响.结果灯盏花素用药组线粒体中 SOD、 GSH- PX活力显著高于缺血再灌注组, MDA含量显著低于缺血再灌注组(P<0.01).结论灯盏花素在肾缺血再灌注中对线粒体的损伤有明显保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of erigeron breviscapus on renal mitochondrias from ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The activities of SOD,GSH-PX catalase and MDA in preparations of renal mitochondrias were respectiveiy measured.Results The activities of catalase,GSH-PX.total SOD of mitochondria were significantly enhanced in the erigeron breviscapus group,compared with lschemia reperfusion group(P<0.01).MDA concentration was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion The results showed that erigeron breviscapus can significantly protect renal mitochondria from ischemia repeffosion in rats.
