集体心理治疗对康复期精神分裂症疗效及生活质量影响的对照研究

目的:研究集体心理治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的康复期精神分裂症患者160例随机分为研究组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)。研究组在药物治疗的基础上合并集体心理治疗,对照组单纯服药治疗。研究期限12周。治疗前后采用生活质量量表(WHO.QOL-100)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及功能大体评定量表(GAF)评定患者的病情变化的及生活质量状况。结果:研究结束时,两组PANSS评分较疗前均有明显下降(P<0.01),但研究组疗后评分较对照组下降更明显(P<0.01);两组GAF评分较疗前均有明显上升(P<0.0),但研究组疗后评分较对照组上升更明显(P<0.01);研究组WHO.QOL-100评分除生理领域及独立性领域外,其它各项域评分均有明显提高(P<0.01),而对照组各项评分变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:对康复期精神分裂症患者合并集体心理治疗更有利于提高治疗效果,可明显改善生活质量,有利于患者重返社会。

A controlled study of the effects and the quality of life of group psychotherapy on those patients in schizophrehia rehabilitation

Objective:To study the effects and the quality of life of group psychotherapy on those patients in schizophrenia rehabilitation. Methods:160 patients in schizophrenia rehabilitation who had admitted CCMD-3 were randomly assigned into intervention group(n=80)and Control group(n=80).The intervention guoup was combined group psychotherapy, the control group was used antipsyotic drug only. The allotted time of the study was 12 weeks.The efficacy and the quality of life were valuated with the PANSS, GAF and WHO.QOL-100 before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,the scores of PANSS in both group were all significantly lower, but the intervention group was decreased significantly than the control group;the scores of GAF in both group were increased significantly, but the intervention group was increased significantly than the control group;the scores of WHO.QOL-100 exccpt physical and independent aspect in intervention group were increased significantly, but no significantly change was found in the control group.Conclusions: To combine group psychotherapy on those patients in schizophrenia rehabilitation could help to heighten the medicine effecfs and to increase the quality of life and return to society.
