银杏叶总黄酮两种测定方法的比较

摘    要:银杏叶的有效成分总黄酮经乙醇抽提、处理后 ,用一阶导数光谱法和分光光度法测定其含量 ,结果分别为 1.32 %和 1.6 8%。实验表明 ,在样品未经分离纯化时 ,由于干扰组分的影响 ,传统的分光光度法的测定结果偏高 ,而一阶导数光谱法能很好地消除干扰 ,取得满意的分析结果。

Abstract:Total flavonoids,the active constituents in the leaves of gingo, had been extracted and treated with ethanol,were determined by the first derivate spectrometry and spectrophotometry and the results were 1.32% and 1.68% respectively It showed that when the samples were not purified the results of traditional spectrophotometry were higher because of effects of interfering compositions. Meanwhile, the first derivate spectrometry could eliminate these effects effectively and its results were satisfying.
