血液流变学改变在介入治疗激素性股骨头坏死中的意义

目的　探讨介入疗效与激素性股骨头坏死 (ANFH)血液流变学改变的相关性。资料与方法　ANFH组介入治疗前测定血液流变学指标 ,与正常对照组进行比较 ,并指导临床治疗 ,进行疗效评估 ,观察ANFH介入治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化与介入疗效的关系。结果　ANFH组血液流变学测定值高于正常对照组 ,部分差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ANFH介入治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化与介入疗效相关 (r =0 .4 75 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　介入治疗前后血液流变学改变与疗效有密切关系 ,并为临床有效治疗提供了依据。

Significance of Hemorheology in Interventional Therapy for Steroid-induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

Objective To study the correlation between interventional therapy effect and hemorheological changes in patients with steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH).Materials and Methods Before interventional management, hemorheological parameters were measured in patients of ANFH group, the results were compared with that of normal control group. The data thus obtained were used to guide the clinical treatment and were correlated with the effectiveness. The correlation between interventional therapy effect and hemorheological changes in the patients with ANFH was analyzed.Results The hemorheological parameters in ANFH group were higher than that in normal control group, the difference in some parameters between two groups was significant (P<0.05). The difference in hemorheological parameters before and after the interventional procedure in ANFH group was closely correlated with the therapeutic effect (r=0.475, P<0.01).Conclusion The changes of hemorheological parameters after interventional management in ANFH patients are well correlated with the therapeutic effect, which, therefore, provides a reliable guidance in clinical treatment.
