静脉输液安全流程的应用研究

目的探讨静脉输液的安全流程,促进专业化发展,最终为患者提供安全、有效、经济的输液护理。方法成立静脉输液安全管理委员会,致力于建立医院静脉输液安全管理标准,制订安全操作流程,加强理论知识和操作流程培训,培养静脉输液专业护士,进行静脉输液的专业化管理。结果护士的认同率和依从性达95%以上,可操作性强,有效提高了患者对静脉输液的满意度。结论程序化、规范化的静脉输液安全流程,易于护士掌握与应用、便于管理者进行督导检查,有效防范发生医疗差错事故,保障患者安全。

Application study on safe process of intravenous infusion

Objective To investigate the safe process of intravenous infusion,and to promote professional development and ultimately provide patients with safe,effective and economic infusion care.Methods To establish intravenous infusion safety management committee for setting up the hospital intravenous infusion safety management standards,developing the safe operating procedures,enhancing the theoretical knowledge and training of operating process,training the professional nurses of intravenous infusion and implementing the professional management of intravenous infusion.Results The nurses＇ recognition rate and compliance were over 95 % with high operability.The patients satisfaction on intravenous infusion was effectively increased.Conclusion The routinized and standardized safe process is easy to be grasped and applied by nurses and convenient for carrying out supervision and inspection by administrators,which effectively prevents the occurrence of medical errors and ensure the safety of patients.
