| 摘 要： | 在消灭脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）进程中，世界卫生组织（ＷＨＯ）要求在发病的急性期采集两份粪便标本，并且使用Ｈｅｐ－２和ＲＤ两种细胞进行病毒的分离鉴定，以尽可能减少病毒的漏检。在实验室工作中，我们发现若只采集一份标本，脊灰病毒（ＰＶ）漏检７４％～１４８％，非脊灰肠道病毒（ＮＰＥＶ）漏检６６％～１９７％；若只使用一种细胞进行病毒分离，ＰＶ漏检１１１％～１４８％，ＮＰＥＶ漏检２７６％～５９２％，此结果提示我们，应严格按照ＷＨＯ的要求进行粪便标本的采集和病毒监测。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the evaluation on poliovirus isolation using two fecal specimens from AFP cases and Hep-2 and RD cells The isolation rate of non-polio enterovirus was 12 9% If collected only one fecal specimen 7 4%-14 8% of poliovirus and 6 6%-19 7% of non-polio enterovirus were be missed If used one cell only,11 1%-14 8% of poliovirus and 27 6%-59 2% of non-polio entrovirus were be missed This pointed out that the requirements settled by WHO for sample collection and virus detection should be strictly followed |
