摘    要:碳质单杯是以高强,高密度石墨为基体,外涂含硅低温热解各向同性碳制成.表面光滑,四面粗糙有微孔。具有良好的机械强度,化学性能稳定,质轻、耐压、耐磨、耐腐蚀,生物相容性好。弹性模量近似骨,有生骨活性,表面有润滑性。为目前最佳的表面置换材料.具有推广应用价值。现已批准获得专利。专利号ZL93235674.5。

Abstract:A novel carbon cup has been made of isotropic graphite substrate with high density and high strength ; the surface of the substrate is coated by low temperature pyrolytic isotropic carbon (LTIC). The cup possesses smooth surface, rough inside with mini-holes, excellent mechanical strength, stable chemical property and light weight. It is pressure-resistant, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant and has ideal biocompatibility, an elastic modulus near to human bone, an osteogenic activity and good surface lubrication. It can be generalized as an excellent material for surface replacement and we have obtained the patent (Patent No. Z L 93 2 35674. 5).
