高压氧对小鼠脑膜微循环影响的图象定量研究

摘    要:采用计算机图象定量测量方法,对0.25MPa高压暴露后小鼠的脑膜微血管变化进行了观察和定量测量。结果表明,HBO暴露后小鼠脑膜毛细血管密度明显增加,微血管管径收缩,血流速度加快。作者以为,高压氧治疗对改善脑的微循环作用十分明显。

Abstract:The present experiments were designed to observe and measure changes of the leptomeninx microcirculation of mice after hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBO 0. 25MPa) by means of a computer image analyzer.The results showed that the capillary density in mice leptomeninx was increased remarkably,diameter in the microvessels was decreased apparently,and blood flow speed was fast. These results suggest HBO treatment can promote the function of brain microcirculation.
