| 摘 要： | 低能量激光血管内照射疗法治疗疾病是近年来发展起来的一种新的血液治疗技术，为经临床常规治疗效果不佳的患者提供一种新的辅助疗法。本文了ＩＬＩＢ的生物学作用机理，ＩＬＩＢ治疗仪的激光造反和使用方法及其临床应用。

| Abstract: | Intravascular laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) has been a novel technique in clinical treatment. It provioes all adjuvant approach to intractable diseases for which the routine therapies are not efficacious. This paper is a summary of the relevant biological mechanism, the selection of laser,and the usage and therapeutic effects. |
