摘    要:运用认知模式分析护患沟通过程中护士的心理活动,尤其是其中阻碍沟通顺利进行的自动思维及其深层次的核心信念,探讨提高护患沟通效果的对策。在现有的社会医疗环境下,要改善护患沟通障碍的现状,就需要护士发挥其主导性,主动学习掌握一定的认知理论,运用心理学知识随时审视自己的自动思维,学会不接受功能障碍性信念,从而促进护患沟通。

Abstract:To analysis the psychomotor domain in the nurse-patient communication process by cognitive model, especially automatic thoughts and deep-seated beliefs which hampered communication, and find the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of nurse-patient's communication. If we want to ameliorate the status of nurse-patient communication barrier, the nurses should play a leading role, learn and master more knowledge about cognitive theory, use psychological knowledge at any time to examine their own automatic thoughts, and not accept dysfunctional beliefs, thus promoting the development of nurse-patient communication.
