| 摘 要： | 目的分析肝脏等密度病变的CT表现,重点探讨其增强扫描的影像学特征。方法收集64例肝脏等密度病变患者,其中肝腺瘤32例、局灶结节增生5例、肝母细胞瘤1例、肝细胞癌26例。所有患者均经CT平扫和增强扫描并经手术及病理证实。结果大部分肝脏等密度病变经CT增强扫描后,根据其病灶的各自特点,有不同的强化表现。结论 CT增强扫描,对肝脏等密度病变疾病的诊断具有特征性,有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the CT appearance of the liver isodensity lesion,to discuss the imaging features of enhancement scanning.Methods To collect 64 cases of liver isodensity lesion,including 32 cases of hepatic adenoma,5 cases of focal hyperplasia,1 case of hepatoblastoma,26 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma.All patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology after CT plain scan and enhanced scan.Results Most of the liver isodensity lesion had different aggrandizemen according to each characteristics of lesion after CT enhancement scanning.Conclusion CT enhancement scanning had a certain value to the diagnosis of the liver isodensity lesion. |
