感染根管一次性根管治疗疗效观察

目的：观察感染根管一次性根管治疗的临床效果,评价其可靠性。方法：临床诊断为牙髓坏死和急、慢性根尖周炎的患牙在一次治疗内完成根管预备和充填,共计72例,与41例两次疗程完成根管治疗患牙的临床效果对比分析。包括术前、术后的疼痛状况,评价术后6个月、1年和2年的治愈率。结果：根管治疗后,两组术后疼痛发生率的差异无统计学意义。术后6个月、1年和2年两组的治愈率亦无统计学差异。结论：感染根管一次性根管治疗在术后疼痛和近期治愈率上与两次法相同,但可减少复诊次数,具有临床可行性。

Clinical observation of one-time root canal therapy for infected root canals

Objective To observe the clinical effects of one-time root therapy,and evaluate the reliability.Methods The cinical diagnosis are gingiva necrosis and acute or chronic periapical periodontitis which are treated once with canal preparation and filling.The total number were 72 cases,compared with the clinical effects comparative analysis of 42 cases treated twice with canal therapy.Including the pain status of pre-operation and post-operation,also evaluate the curative rate of post-operation 6 months,one year and two years.Results After the root therapy,there was no statistical significance between the two groups.Also there was no statistical significance of curative rate between two group after 6 months,one year and two years post operation.Conclusion One-time root therapy for infected root canals has the same clinical effects with two-visits in regarding to post-operative pain level and short term curative rate,but the one time root therapy could decrease the return visits rate,Therefore it has the clinical practicability.
