^99Tc^m-HL91显像监测高压氧前后小鼠肿瘤乏氧状态的改变

摘    要:目的探讨^99Tc^m-HL91乏氧显像在高压氧治疗前后监测肿瘤乏氧状态的可行性。方珐将10只荷H。肝癌KM小鼠在高压氧(Hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)治疗前后分别进行^99Tc^m-HL91乏氧显像,对图像进行肉眼观察及T/NT值(肿瘤与非肿瘤)比较。结果肿瘤组织对放射性核素的摄取较治疗前明显减少,T/NT值也明显减低,可见显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论HBO治疗后荷H22肝癌小鼠肿瘤部位的乏氧组织明显减少,^99Tc^m-HL91乏氧显像是一种无创监测肿瘤组织乏氧状态的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the hypoxia status of tumor pre and after HBO with ^99Tc^m-HL91 hypoxic image. Methods ^99Tc^m-HL91 hypoxia images were taken separately pre and after HBO (Hyperbaric oxygen,HBO) in 10 mices bearing H22 liver cancer cell,all images were analysed with ratios of T (tumor)/NT (contralateral re-gion). Results The uptake of the radionuclide in tumor tissue significantly reduced than that pre HBO treatment,and the ratios of T/NT decreased than that pre HBO,there were significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion The hypoxia tissue in tumors of mices ^99Tc^m-HL91 hypoxia images bearing H22 liver cancer cell were reduced significantly after HBO treatment,and the may be avery effective way in monitoring hypoxic status of tumor.
