| 摘 要： | 目的：提供人类神经系统中乙脑毒持续感染的免疫学和病毒学依据。方法：经临床诊断为乙脑的２４９例患者中，经血清和Ｃ．Ｓ．Ｆ．免疫学确诊者２１８例，采用抗μ链抗体捕获法，反向被动血凝法和小鼠脑内接种法，分别对患者Ｃ．Ｓ．Ｆ中特异性ＩｇＭ，乙脑病毒抗原及乙脑病毒作定期追踪检测。结果：１２／２１８（５．５％）经Ｃ．Ｓ．Ｆ特异性ＩｇＭ，乙脑病毒抗原和病毒分离，符合乙脑病毒持续感染标准。结论；对传统的乙脑后遗症

| Abstract: | Objectives:[WT5BZ]The paper provides the evidences of immunology and virology in persistence of epidemic encephalitis B virus (EEBV) in the human nervous system.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]mAb capture method for special IgM.RPHA for the soluble antigen of encephalitis virus B and C.S.F intrabrain vaccination of rats for separation of encephalitis virus B in the different periods of the illness.[WT5HZ]Result:[WT5BZ]12/218 cases (5.5%) are accordence with the standard of the diagnosis of encephalitis sequelae.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]TO provide a new conception of the nature of encephalitis B sequelae.[WT5HZ] |
