80例下呼吸道感染经验性治疗临床分析

目的：分析经验性治疗在院内外下呼吸道感染中的价值。方法：本文通过对８０例院内外下呼吸道感染患者采取经验性治疗，根据临床疗效并结合细菌培养及体外药敏试验（ＫＢ药敏纸片法）结果作统计学处理，分析。结果：经验性治疗在院外下呼吸道感染组有效率为８９．６％，院内下呼吸道感染组为６２．５％，二者有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：经验性治疗可作为院外下呼吸道感染的抗菌素选择方法，而院内下呼吸道感染治疗选择抗菌

Clinical analysis on experimental treatment to 80 cases with infection in lower respiratory tract

Objectives:WT5BZ]To analysis the value on experimential treatment to lower respiratory tract infection in or out of hospital.WT5HZ]Methods:WT5BZ] Experimental treatment was taken to 80 cases with lower respiratory tract infection in or out of hospital,which according to the clinical treatment effect integrated with bacterial culture and drug sensitive test(Test of KB drug sensitive method).Statistical analysis was taken for the results.WT5HZ]Results:WT5BZ] The effective rate of the group in experimential treatment to infection out of hospital was 89.6%,62.5% was in the group of enternal hospital,and maked significant was shown between the two groups (P<0.01).WT5HZ]Conclusion: WT5BZ]Experimential treatment can become a special method of selecting antibiotics and curing the lower respiratory tract infection out of hospital.It shoud pay attention to the examination of etiology when treating the lower respiratory tract infection in hospital,select the antibiotics according to the results of sensitive test,and experimential treatment can be regarded as a kind of reference.
