| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高压电烧伤的诊断及治疗。方法：通过对３８例高压电烧伤患者进行全面诊断，全身抗休克，抗感染、创面处理，掌握截肢的适应症。结果：截肢１５例，２１个肢体，死亡４例。３４例创面愈合。结论：高压电烧伤致残率高，并发症多，应加强易伤人群的教育。

| Abstract: | Objective:To seek a reliable and practical method of diagnosis and treatment for high voltage elecrical injuries.Methods:Review the experience of treathe 38 cases of high voltage electrical injuries including antishock,prevent infection,wound management and the implication of amprtation.Results:Among 38 cases ,21 limbs were amputated(15 cases).4 patients were dead.34 cases was treated succesfully.Conclusion:Amputation rote was high in high voltage electrical injuries. |
