| 摘 要： | 目的：评价清开灵注射液与五氟利多合用治疗反应性精神病的疗效。方法：对９０例反应性精神病患者，应用甭开灵注射液４０ｍｌ＋５％葡萄糖２００ｍｌ静滴，每日一次，疗程３０ｄ，同时口服五氟利多８０ｍｇ，每周一次，疗程９０ｄ。结果：显效６９例，有效１６例，无效５例。显效率为７７％（６９／９０），有效率为１８％（１６／９０），总有效率为９５％（８５／９０），无效率为５％（５／９０）。结论：两者合用，效果更好，有

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of Qingkailing injection and penfluridol on the treatment of reactive psychosis.Methods:90 patients with reactive psychosis were given Qingkaling injection of 40ml in 200ml 5% glucose intravenously guttae once a day for 30 days,and penfluridol 80 mg once a week for 90 days.Results:69 patients (77%) revealed marked effects,16 patients (18%) got partial effects and 5 patients got no effect.The total effective rate was 95%Conclusion:The combination of Qingkailing injection and penfluridol shows better results in the treatment of reactive psychosis.They are worth for popularization. |
