急性有机磷农药中毒血清酶学动态变化与存活率关系的研究

目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒血清淀粉酶（ＡＭＹ）、肌酸激酶（ＣＫ）、及其同工酶（ＣＫ－－ＭＢ）、谷草转氨酶（ＧＯＴ）、谷转丙氨酸（ＧＰＴ）动态变化与存活率的关系。方法：对急性有机磷中毒８５例患者分别于中毒后３ｈ、６ｈ、１２ｈ、２４ｈ、４８ｈ、７２ｈ、９６ｈ、７ｄ，采取静脉血测定ＡＭＹ、ＣＫ、ＣＫ－－ＭＢ、ＧＯＴ、ＧＰＴ，并与６０名正常对照进行比较。结果：急性有机磷农药中毒患者血ＩＧＥ ＩＰＧＨＯＷ

Serial changes of serum enzymes in the patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and its prognosis

Objective:WT5BZ]ST5BZ]To observe the prognosis meaning of serial changes of serum enzymes,such as amylase (AMY),creatine kinase (CK),MB isoenzyme of creatine dinase(CK MB),GOT ang GPT,in the patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP).WT5HZ]Methods:WT5BZ]The activities of AMY,CK,CK MB,GOT and GPT in 85 cases with AOPP were measured in 3h,6h,12h,24h,48h,72h,96h and 7d;and compared with 60 normal cases.WT5HZ]Results:WT5BZ]The activities of AMY,CK,CK MB,GOT and GPT with AOPP were higher than that of control group (P<0.01),and increased highly with the poisning heavily.WT5HZ]Conclusions:WT5BZ]The serial changes of serum enzymes,such as amylase (AMY),creatine kinase (CK),MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CK-MB),GOT and GPT,in the patients with AOPP were increased. And that mean the bad prongnosis. WT5HZ]
