| 摘 要： | 目的：分析冠心病合并高尿酸血症的临床意义。方法：选择２６６例冠状动脉造影病例，分为２组。一组为冠脉造影阳性１７３例，另一组为冠脉造影阴性９３例。２组均常规空腹采集静脉血测定血尿酸水平，冠脉造影采用Ｊｕｄｋｉｎｓ法。结果：冠心病合并高尿酸血同于非冠心病组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。冠脉病变程度与病变血管支数间无明显差异。高尿酸血症与高血压、高甘油三脂血症关系密切。结论：认为血尿酸升高是冠心病发病不容忽视的危险

| Abstract: | Objective:[WT5BZ]To analysis the clinical significance of coronary heart disease(CHD) accompanied by hyperuricemia.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]We selected 266 cases of coronarn angiography.According to the result of it ,we divided them into two groups;one is positive(173 cases);the other is negative(93 cases).All patients were withdrawaled vein blood without food in the morning to measure the serum uric acid concentration.Coronary angiography were performed by Judkins method.[WT5HZ]Result:[WT5BZ]Coronary heart disease (CHD) accompanied by hyperuricemia is more than NCHD.(P<0.05)There is no obvious imparity between the degree of coronary disease and number of diseased vessel.Hyperuricemia had an osculated relation with hypertension and hypertriglyceridemia.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]We think that hyperuricemia is an important risk factor in CHD [WT5HZ] |
