应激性溃疡并发大出血32例诊治体会

目的：研究应激性溃疡并发症大出血的治疗措施，方法：回顾性研究了３２例应激性溃疡并发大出血病人治疗经过，其中２４例内科方法止血，８例需手术，术后再出血３例，死亡１例，手术方法包括单纯出血点缝扎术，单纯积清除术，胃大部切除术，胃大部切除＋迷走神经切断 术，迷走神经切断＋幽门成形＋出血点缝扎，出血点缝扎＋胃，十二指肠动脉民术，胃血管离断术。结果：本组病例通过内科治疗后不能缓解的再行手术治疗，大多愈合良好

Learning from diagnosis and treatment of 32 cases of recurrent peptic ulcer disease

Objective:WT5BZ]This paper is to make a study of the treatment of recurrent peptic ulcer disease.WT5HZ]Method:WT5BZ]In a retrospective study of the treatment of 32 cases of recurrent peptic ulcer disease,24 cases were stopped bleeding by way of internal medicine.8 were necessarily operated on,after their operations 3 of which rebled and 1 died.The operations contain subtotal gastrectomy or vagotomy and so on.WT5HZ]Result:WT5BZ]After the internal medicine brought them no relief,the 8 cases were operated on.Most of the ulcer surface healed quickly.Those who had a smaller cut,recovered more quickly.WT5HZ]Conclusion:WT5BZ]The cases of recurrent peptic ulcer disease should be promptly examined by endoscope while being treated with internal medicine.The choice of the way of operation should be decided according to the location and scope of pathological changes.The condition of the patient and the experience of the surgeon.
