脊椎骨折的CT影像和MRI对照分析

目的：比较和评价ＣＴ扫描和ＭＲＩ二种影像学方法在脊椎骨折诊断中的作用。方法：对３５例ＣＴ扫描和同时作ＭＲＩ的２３例诊断为脊椎骨折的病例进行对照分析。结果：ＣＴ表现为椎体纵或横形骨折崩解，终板骨折移位并突入椎管，椎管狭窄，椎板，横突及棘突骨折；ＭＲＩ同时还显示了脊髓受压信号异常及后纵韧带、棘间韧带、椎间盘的撕裂。结论：ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ能对脊椎骨折明确诊断，ＭＲＩ能清楚地显示脊髓损伤的各种病理改变。

Comparative analysis of CT and MRI in evaluation of the spine fracture

Objectives:WT5BZ]To compare CT scan and MRI in diagnosis of spine fracture.WT5HZ]Methods:WT5BZ]35 cases of spine fracture diagnosis by both CT scan and MRI (23) were compared.WT5HZ]Results:WT5BZ]CT findings were vertically or horizontally burst crack,displaced fractured end plate with protruding into the spinal canal,narrowed canal,laminar fracture,processus spinosus fracture and processus transversus fracture;on MRI,abnormal signals due to cord compression,tears of posterior longitudinal ligament and intersinous ligament were demonstrated.WT5HZ]Conclusion:WT5BZ] Precise diagnosis of vertebral fracture can be made by CT or MRI.MRI could clearly delineate a spectrum of spinal cord injuries in patients with spine trauma.
