医院院前院内急救一体化模式探讨

摘    要:对国内外医院急救模式进行对比,分析院前院内一体化急救的实现路径和内涵,具体介绍郑州大学第一附属医院实践情况。在原有急救系统基础上,通过多种通讯手段的集成将医疗信息无缝连接,建立数字化急救平台,从院前急救现场、院内急救平台、院前急救平台、院外急救平台4个方面着手,实现院前院内急救一体化。

Abstract:The paper compares the hospital emergency modes between domestic and abroad, analyzes the realization path and connotations of the integration between pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency, concretely introduces the practical situation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Based on the original emergency system, medical information seamless connection is realized through the integration of various communication means, a digital emergency platform is established to realize the integration of pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency from 4 aspects, namely, the pre-hospital emergency scene, hospital emergency platform, pre-hospital emergency platform and the platform outside the hospital.
