| 摘 要： | 目的探讨增加肺血减少型复杂先天性心脏病(先心病)肺动脉灌注的方法。方法对26例患者施术:非体外循环下行上腔静脉—右肺动脉吻合术,保留奇静脉,由体动脉或右室流出道提供搏动性血流。结果1例死亡,生存25例,呼吸空气时氧分压0.86～0.93。结论非体外循环下保留奇静脉的搏动性双向吻合术可增加肺血减少型复杂先心病的肺动脉灌注。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the method to increase the pulmonary artery perfusion of complicated congenital heart disease（CHD） with decreased pulmonary flow.Method The 26 patients were subjected to following procedure： constructing the superior vena cava and right puhnonary artery connection without cardiopuhnonary bypass,preserving azygos vein.The pulsatile blood flow was acquired from the arteriae systematicac or right ventricle outflow tract.Result There was death of 1 case.SpO2 of the alive ones （25 cases） was 0,86-0.93 at resting state,Conclusion Bidirectional retained azygons vein Glenn procedure without cardiopulmonary bypass is able to provide well puhnonary artery perfusion for complicated congenital heart disease with decreased puhnonary flow. |
