| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝脏良性占位病变误诊的原因。方法：回顾性分析25例肝脏良性占位病变患者的误诊情况。结果：我院行手术后病理诊断肝脏海绵状血管瘤10例，肝脏脓肿3例，肝脏炎性假瘤3例，肝纤维瘤1例，肝胆管腺瘤1例，肝细胞腺瘤1例，肝局灶性结节增生2例，肝细胞不典型增生4例。结论：肝良性占位病变临床表现多样性，有的病例少见，无特征性，临床医师对它们认识不足，不熟悉，缺乏警惕性，B超，CT医师诱导误诊是主要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis on benign mass lesions in the liver.Methods 25 cases with benign lesions in the liver were misdiagnosed and were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the series there are 25 cases with liver benign lesions who were misdiagnosed.Among them 10 cases were cavernous hemangioma of the liver (CHL),3 cases inflammatory pseudotumor,1 case fibroma,1 case liver cholangioadenoma,1 case liver cell adenoma,2 case local nodular hyperplasia and 4 case liver cell atypical hyperplasia.Conclusion Liver benign lesions are multiformity and without character,and some disorders are rare.Physicians are often lack of understanding and not familiar with these disorders.Report of B scan and CT is the main cause leading to misdiagnosis. |
