三种保守疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效评价

目的:探讨三种保守疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效评价。方法:将79例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成银质针治疗组(27例35膝),中药熏洗治疗组(23例30膝)和玻璃酸钠治疗组(29例40膝),采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准,对所有患者治疗前、治疗后一周和治疗后三个月进行膝关节功能评分。结果:各组治疗前后自身对照膝关节功能有显著改善,治疗后一周三组膝关节功能评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后三个月银质针组和玻璃酸钠组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组与中药熏洗组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:三种方法对治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有不同疗效;银质针疗法对软组织松解较彻底;中药熏洗近期疗效可靠;玻璃酸钠治疗效果肯定。

Evaluation of therapeutic efficiency in treating osteoarthritis of knee by three conservative treatments

Objective:To investigate the evaluation of therapeutic efficiency in treating osteoarthritis of knee joim by three conservative treatments. Methods:Seventy nine patients were randomly divided into silver needle group (27 cases including 35 knees), Chinese crude drug group (23 cases including 30 knees) and Sodium Hyaluronate group (29 cases including 40 knees),all of the patients were given marks depending on their joint function in pretherapy,a week later of post-treatment and three months post-treatment according to the Lysholm score of knee joint function. Results:Every group had significant improvements compared with selves in pre and post-treatment, the score of the joint function of three groups showed not significant differences one week post-treatment(P>0.05),There was not significant differences compared silver needle group with Sodium Hyaluronate group three months after-treatment, Chinese crude drug group had significant difference compared with the other two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:Three ways had different therapeutic effect in treating osteoarthritis of knee, the therapy by silver needle was thorough in slackening the soft tissue, the therapy by Chinese crude drug is reliable in the near future; the therapy by Sodium Hyaluronate is reliable.
