摘    要:目的:测定10种中成药中8种无机元素的含量,为临床合理选药提供依据。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法对中成药溶液中的Cu、Cr、Mg、Fe、Ba、Mn、Ca、Pb8种无机元素进行定量分析测定。结果:10种中成药中,Ca、Ba、Mn、Fe含量较为丰富。结论:此种中药中无机元素的快速测定方法,精密度和灵敏度高,结果可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To provide useful data for the reseanable selection of medicine in clinical practice by determining eight inorganic elements in 10 sorts of Chinese traditional medicines. Method: The eight inorganic elements of Cu, Cr, Mg, Fe, Ba, Mn, Ca and Pb in the Chinese formulated product solution were determined by AAS. Result: The Ca, Ba, Mn and Fe level was higher than other elements in Chinese traditional medicine. Conclusion: The determination of these inorganic elements is rapid, reliable and accuracy by AAS.
