| 摘 要： | 肝衰竭是临床医生最具挑战性的疾病之一。迄今国际上尚无统一的命名、分类和诊断标准。肝衰竭至今尚无特效的治疗方法，目前仍强调内科综合治疗。肝移植巳成为治疗肝衰竭切实有效的手段，其它方法包括人工肝支持系统和肝细胞移植。

| Abstract: | Management of hepatic failure challenges our best skills as physicians and intensivists. To date, there is no unifiable naming, classification and diagnostic standard all over the world. Because specific effective therapies have not been available, comprehensive management is still emphasized currently. The only proven therapy for hepatic failure is liver transplantation. Other strategies of temporary liver support include artificial liver support or hepatocyte transplantation. |
