丹参大输液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

为比较二种丹参注射液制剂对冠心病心绞痛的临床作用，６３例冠心病心绞痛患者依据是否应用，丹参大输液或等量丹参安瓿制剂经稀释静滴随机分为治疗组（ｎ＝３３）和对照组（ｎ＝３０），２组病例在性别、年龄、病情分布和其他治疗等方面均相仿。结果显示２组在抗心绞痛症状疗效（９０．０％ｖｓ９０％）和心电图疗效（６０．６％ｖｓ５６．７％）相当，心绞痛发作频率和硝酸甘油日耗量的减少，心电图ＳＴ段压低及心肌总缺血负荷的改善，全血和血浆粘度和血小板聚集率的降低，与治疗前相比均差别显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）或更小），但各参数组间相比无显著差别（Ｐ均＞０．０５）。２组病例均未见明显不良反应。但从治疗的方便性和安全性看，则前者明显优于后者。

Investigation on Clinical Curative Effect of Infusion of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae on Coronary Heart Disease and angina Pectoris

The comparative study on clinical curative effects of two kinds of injection of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has been carried out.63 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were grouped into therapy group(infusion of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae group,n=33)and control group(ampule preparation of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae group,n=30)at random.The patients in two groups were similar in sex,age,symptom distribution and other treatment.As a result,the two groups showed aporoximate curative effects in anti-angina pectoris(90.9%vs90%)and electrocardiogram(60.6%vs56.7%).There were significant difference in the attack frequency of agina pectoris and the decrease of day consumptive dose of nitroglycerin,the lowering of ST section of electrocardiogram and the improvement of total blood-deficiency load of cardiae muscle,the depression of viscosity of whole blood and blood plasma and the aggregation rate of platelet between before and after treatment(P<0. 05 or less).But the various parameters showed no great difference between two groups(P>0.05).No side-effects were observed in two groups.However,the former was prior to the later in advantage and safety of therapy.
