| 摘 要： | 在研究加味肾气丸对老年（２０月龄）和青年（１月龄）小鼠某些衰老指标、性腺功能及免疫功能的影响。结果表明，加味肾气丸可明显提高小鼠脑和肝ＳＯＤ活性，降低肝、心、脾、肾ＭＤＡ含量，抑制脑和肝ＭＡＯ－Ｂ活性，并有明显促性腺激素样作用及提高免疫功能等作用。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the effects of Jiaweshenqi Pills on some senile indexes,the gonad and immune functions of senile(20 moths old)and young(one month old)mice.This pills can remarkedly raise the brain and liver SOD activity of mice,decrease MAD content iin liver,heart,spleen and kidney,inhibit Mao-Bactivity of brain and liver and have the obvious gonadotropin-like and immune function-raising actions. |
