| 摘 要： | 采用麻醉大鼠胆总管插管引流胆汁并测定胆汁中胆红素含量，观察苦黄注射液对麻醉大鼠胆汁分泌及胆红素排出的影响。实验结果，苦黄注射液能显著促进麻醉大鼠的胆汁分泌，并能明显增加单位时间内胆汁中胆红素的含量。由此提示，苦黄注射液具有良好的利胆和促进胆红素从胆汁中排泄的作用。

| Abstract: | s:The authors intubated and drained bile from anesthetic rat and determined bilirubin content of bile to investigate the effect of Kuhuang Injection on bile secretion and bilirubin discharge from anesthetic rat.As a result,Kuhuang Injection can vastly promote bile secretion of anesthetic rat and markedly increase bilirubin content in bile in unit time.It is suggested that Kuhuang Injection have good cholagogic action and excretion-promoting action of bilirubin from bile. |
