骨疏康冲剂对大鼠实验性骨质疏松的影响

骨疏康冲剂由枸杞子、黄芪、熟地黄等中药组成。具有补肾益气、活血益骨作用。经维甲酸大鼠骨质疏松模型证实，该冲剂４．０ｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ或８．０ｇ／ｋｇ．ｄ，连续ｉｇ２周或４周，可使大鼠股骨的骨钙含量、骨密度及骨强度均明显高于造型组，病理变化亦明显轻于造型组，表明骨疏康冲剂对骨质疏松症有一定的防治作用。

Effect of Gushukang Granules(Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,etc.)on Experimental Osteoporosis of Rat

Gushukang Granules,composed of Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Rhizoma Rehmanniae Praeparatae,etc,possessed the actions of tonifing kidney and benefiting vital energy,activating circulation and strengthening bone.This granules through the model test of tretinoin-osteoporosis of rat prove itself able to make bone-calcium content,bone-density and intensity of rat thigh-bone greater than the mould-making group,but the pathologic change is milder when it was taken 4.0g/kg,d or 8.0g/kg,d,continuous ig for two or four weeks,which suggested that it have certain preventive action on osteoporosis.
