超滤及醇沉对金银花中绿原酸的影响

摘    要:采用反相高压液相色谱法,测定超滤过程中金银花中绿原酸含量与超滤体积的关系,结果表明1.25倍体积超滤基本上保留了有效成分。将超滤法与水提醇沉法对绿原酸的影响进行定性、定量及提取物得率的比较,结果表明两者斑点基本相同,但超滤法能更有效地保留有效成分。

Abstract:The relationship of chlorogehic acid content in flos Lonicerae and ultrafiltration volume during ultrafiltration process was determined by reversed-phase high-pressure liquid chromatography.As a result,the active components were basically retained whan 1.25 times of original volume were ultrafiltrated.The comparative studies on effects of ultrafiltration,water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation on chlorogenic acid in qualitation,quantitation and extract yield indicated that both methods had same spots on TLC basically. But the former could retain the active components more effectivelly.
