复方五倍子液的制备及疗效观察

目的:制备复方五倍子液,验证煎煮法提取五倍子中鞣质的科学性,并观察其临床疗效。方法:以五倍子为主药,辅以诃子、明矾,采用煎煮法制备成复方五倍子液。以三氯化铁溶液为试剂,对五倍子的粉末滤液和煎煮滤液进行鞣质提取含量测定;以8％去甲肾上腺素液对照观察疗效。结果:煎煮滤液中鞣质较粉末滤液中鞣质含量增加1倍,治疗消化性渍疡出血总有效率为96．4％。结论:复方五倍子液处方设计合理,制备工艺简单易行,疗效显著。

Preparation and Clinical Application of Compound Schizandrae

Objective: To prepare the liquor schizandrae compound, and observations on its clinical effect. Method: Boiling method was used and frying Ferric chloride as a test liquor to compared powder filter liquid and boiled frying liquid from schizandrae, clinical effect on Adrenaline was observated. Result: The volumes of tanin from boiled than fried filte was increased. Total clinical effect was 96.4%. Conclusion: Design of the liquor schizandrae compound is simple and easy, can be use in treatment of gastroenterological bleed.
