| 摘 要： | 报告1例皮肤淋巴细胞浸润症。患者女,55岁。右颧部紫红色斑块2月,组织病理示真皮毛囊周围、毛细血管周围大量淋巴细胞团块状浸润;免疫组化示CD4+T细胞为主的淋巴细胞浸润。经雷公藤等药物治疗10周后,皮损消退。

| Abstract: | Objective We report a case of Jessner's lymphocytic infiltration of a 55-year-old woman with the clinical appearance of a well-marked erythema.A red plaque on her face for 2 months.Histologically,the dermis exhibited perivascular and periadnexal lymphocytic infiltrates.Immunohistochemical analysis revealed a predominant CD4+ T cell infiltration.After being treated by Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook for 10 weeks,the lesions relieved. |
