Influence of vasectomy on cholesterol level and activities of CPK, GPT, AKP in serum of rabbits

采用动物模型对输精管结扎引起的血清胆固醇水平及一些血清酶活性的改变进行了研究，结果表明：①增龄可使血清胆固醇含量增高；②血清中肌酸磷酸激酶（CPK）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、谷草转氨酶（GOT）、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶（HBDH）水平随年龄增长略有增高，但结扎组（VG）和假手术组（SOG）比较无差异；③血清酸性磷酸酶（ACP）水平，25月组明显高于6月组（P＜0．05），VG与SOG比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）；血清碱性磷酸酶（AKP），25月组明显低于6月组，VG与SOG无明显差异；血清谷丙转氨酶（GPT）与γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（γ-GD）的活性各组间无显著差异。提示：血清酶水平与衰老有关，输精管结扎对其无影响。

Influence of vasectomy on cholesterol level and activities of CPK, GPT, AKP in serum of rabbits

The present study was to find the influence of vasectomy on contents ofcholesterol and some enzymes in serum. Forty male Japanese white rabbits were used to establish long-term vasectomized animal models. They were divided into vasectomized groups(VG25, VG6) and their corresponding sham operation groups (SOG25, SOG6 ). Serumcholesterol level,activities of latic dehydrogenase (LDH), creatinephosphokinase (CPK),glutamic-oxalacetic transamlnase (GOT ), α-oxebutyrase (HBDH), glutamic-pyruvictransandnase (GPT),acid phosphatase (ACP), alkialiphosphatase (AKP) and γ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GT) were measured. The results indicated that: 1. Contents of cholesterol and CPK, LDH,GOT HBDH increased slightly with age, no significant difference between VG and SOG was found. 2. Levels of GPT and γ-GT were about the same in thesegroups. 3. The activity of ACP was higher in 25-month groups,but AKP was higher in 6month groups. The results proved that the elevation of enzyme level in serum was related toageing,vasectomy could not affect them.
