胰岛素抵抗与心血管疾病的关系

目的 探讨胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)与高血压、冠心病之间的关系.方法 分别对83例高血压冠心病患者及25例对照组患者进行胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血胰岛素(INS)、 C肽(CP)和血糖(BG)等指标测定,并计算胰岛素敏感性指数.结果 三组高血压、冠心病患者TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平分别与对照组比较,结果存在显著性差异(P＜0.05);且其与对照组比较,INS、CP 水平呈明显升高,胰岛素敏感指数明显降低(P＜0.01).结论 胰岛素抵抗与高血压、冠心病密切相关,可能是冠心病和高血压的一个独立危险因素.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LNSULIN RESISTANCE AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE

Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease.Methods The levels of cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured in 83 cases with coronary heart disease and hypertension and 25 cases of contrast group,meanwhile each patient carry out fasting blood insulin(INS) and blood glucose in order to calculate insulin sensitive index.Results 83 cases with coronary heart disease and hypertensive were found,the levels of blood TC,TG,LDL-C and INS was higher than those of the contrast group(P<0.01);and fasting blood insulin sensitive index was remarkably decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion Insulin resistance is closely related to the risk of cardiovascular disease,it is a possible independent dangerous factor for the cardiovascular disease.
