| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃底隆起性病变的性质,为临床治疗方式的选择提供依据。方法常规胃镜检查发现胃底隆起性病变的病例同时行活检及超声内镜检查,将接受超声内镜检查者的诊断结果与活检组织病理检查结果进行对比,指导临床治疗。结果137例胃底隆起性病变中,7例为胃癌,76例为胃溃疡,27例为胃炎,10例为胃息肉,4例为平滑肌瘤,3例为脂肪瘤,10例为胃壁外脏器压迫。结论胃镜活检联合超声内镜检查对胃底隆起性病变性质的鉴别有重要意义,为临床治疗方式提供有力依据。
