2004年新疆部分吸毒人群艾滋病知识和行为调查分析

目的探讨新疆不同民族吸毒人群的人口学特征、艾滋病知识水平和行为。方法选择389名吸毒者、423名普通人群进行病例对照法调查,内容包括基本情况、艾滋病知识、吸毒情况。结果(1)吸毒人群平均年龄30.62岁,初次尝试毒品平均年龄23.31岁。(2)病例组艾滋病知识水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)病例组曾经吸大麻、周围亲朋吸毒比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)吸毒者中来自非完整家庭的比例高于非吸毒者(P<0.01)。结论吸毒人群是一个特殊的社会群体,在很多方面与正常人群有明显差别。不同民族吸毒人群间也存在差异,有各自的特点。低文化水平、无业、年轻的正常人群的艾滋病知识普及存在薄弱环节。

Epidemiological Analysis of Drug Addits of Different Nationalities with AIDS in Xinjiang

Objective To explore demographical characteristics, AIDS knowledge and behaviour of different nationality drug addicts in Xinjiang. Methods Status of 389 drug addicts (case group ) and 423 normal persons (control group ) were investigated by questionnaire of AIDS knowledge, previous and current drug taking. Results (1) Mean age of drug addicts was 30.62 years old, mean age of the first time attempting drug was 23.31 years old . (2)Case group scored apparently higher in AIDS knowledge than that in control group(P<0.05). (3) The proportion of drug addicts ever taking Marijuana and the relative or friends taking drugs were higher than that of control group. (4)The proportion of drug addicts coming from non-intact families were higher than that of control group(P<0.01). Conclusions Drug addicts is a special social group. There are many differences between drug addicts and normal people. There are differences among different nationality drug addicts. The pervasion of AIDS knowledge is weak in normal young men of low education and without occupation.
