糖肾康改善糖尿病肾病早期肾血流动力学异常及一氧化氮水平的研究

摘    要:通过观察以健脾补肾、活血化瘀为法组方的中成药糖肾康对糖尿病肾病早期肾血流动力学异常的改善作用 ,以及与一氧化氮的关系 ,探讨该药的作用机制 ,寻求糖尿病肾病早期防治的理论依据。临床观察和实验研究结果表明 ,糖尿病肾病早期一氧化氮产生增加可能是肾血流动力学异常的重要因素 ,糖肾康可以通过降低一氧化氮水平而达到改善肾血流动力学的目的 ,从而对糖尿病肾病的早期防治起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate effects of Tangshenkang with drugs strenthening the spleen and kidney and activating the blood circulation on improving renal hemodynamics and the blood level of nitric oxide(NO) in early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:In clinical study,one hundred patients with DN were divided into two groups at random,a treatment group(60 cases) with Tangshenkang and a control group(40 cases)with Gliquidon,one month as a course of treatment.In experimental study,forty rats were divided into four groups at random,a treatment groups(10 rats,with Tangshenkang),a control group(10 rats,with Gliquidon),a DN model group(10 rats,with normal saline) and a healthy group(10 rats).Results:The results of the clinical study showed Tangshenkang could effectively improve the clinical symptoms,the blood rheology and the renal function,descend the level of the blood sugar,the blood lipid and the microalbum in urine.The results of the experimental study showed Tangshenkang could descend the supernormal level of NO,the blood sugar,the glycosylated hemoglobin,the blood lipid and microalbum in urine in DN rats.Conlusion:The increase of the level of NO maybe was an important factor which caused in early time of diabetis renopathy the renal hemodynamic changes and Tangshengkang can prerent these by decreasing the blood level of NO.
