三黄白榆洗剂治疗肛周湿疹的疗效研究

目的：探讨肛周湿疹的治疗方法。方法：用三黄白榆洗剂（治疗组）和派瑞松霜（对照组）分别治疗肛周湿疹，并作疗效比较分析。结果：治疗组愈显率为85.92%，总有效率为100%；对照组愈显率为86.76%，总有效率为100%。结论：三黄白榆洗剂和派瑞松霜皆为治疗肛周湿疹的有效方法，三黄白榆洗剂更适于长期用药的选择。

A clinical study on treating perianal eczema with the Sanhuang Baiyu lotion

Objective： To explore methods of treating perianal eczema. Methods： The treatment group was given the Sanhuang Baiyu lotion; while the control group was given pevisone cream. Results： The cured and markedly effective rate in the treatment group was 85.92%, it was 86.76% in the control; the total efficacy in two groups was 100%. Conclusion： The Sanhuang Baiyu lotion and pevisone cream was effective on perianal eczema, and the Sanhuang Baiyu lotion is more suitable for long-term medication.
