布托啡诺预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的临床研究

目的探讨布托啡诺防治瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的效果。方法选取腹腔镜下胆囊切除(LC)患者77例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为2组,观察组39例予以布托啡诺预防痛觉过敏,对照组38例静脉注射生理盐水,比较2组患者术后痛觉差异性。结果 2组患者的手术时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间以及拔管时动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度等指标比较均无显著性差异(P均0.05);观察组患者苏醒时、苏醒后1 h、苏醒后6 h时Ramsay镇静评分、VAS评分、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P均0.05)。结论布托啡诺防治瑞芬太尼麻醉后痛觉过敏的效果安全有效,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study of butorphanol for prevention and control hyperalgesia after remifentanil anesthesia

Objective It is to investigate the prevention and treatment efficacy of butorphanol on hyperalgesia after remifentanil anesthesia.Methods 77 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree were randomly divided into control group （n =38cases） given intravenous saline and observation group （（n =39cases）given butorphanol to prevent hyperalgesia,The postoperative pain of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in surgery time,recovery time,extubation time and extubation arterial（MAP）,heart rate（HR）,oxygen saturation and other indicators between the two groups（P ＞0.05）.Ramsay sedation score,VAS score when waking up,in 1 h,6 h after waking up and adverse reaction rate in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Butorphanol can effectively and safely prevent hyperalgesia after remifentanil without adverse reactions,so it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
