中医综合疗法治疗泌尿系结石的临床观察及护理

目的：探讨中医综合疗法治疗泌尿系结石的临床效果及有效的护理措施。方法：将80例泌尿系结石患者按照抛硬币方法随机分为两组，分别标记为对照组、治疗组。对照组40例患者采用单纯中药治疗，治疗组40例患者采用中医综合治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗组患者治疗总有效率为97.5%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%，，两组患者差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：与单纯中药治疗相比，中医综合疗法治疗泌尿系结石临床效果明显，结石排净。

Clinical observation on treating urinary stones in TCM

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM and nursing intervention on urinary stones. Methods： 80 patients with urinary stones were randomly divided into two groups, labeled as the control group and the treatment group. The control was given TCM medicine, the treatment was treated with the integrated TCM therapy. Clinical effects were observed in both. Results： The total efficacy was 97.5% in the treatment and 95.0% in the control, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with TCM medicine, the integrated TCM therapy showed obvious effects on urinary stones.
