当归川芎配伍对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学和凝血功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨当归川芎配伍对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学和凝血功能的影响。方法制造大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察当归不同配伍比例对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学和全血黏度(WBV)和血浆黏度(PV)凝血功能(活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及纤维蛋白原含量(FIB))的影响。结果当归川芎(1.5:1)组及当归川芎(1:1)组全血黏度及血浆黏度均显著低于模型组(P均〈0.05);当归川芎(1.5:1)组及当归川芎(1:1)组全血黏度及血浆黏度均显著低于当归川芎(1:0)组及当归川芎(0:1)组(P均〈0.05)。当归川芎(1.5:1)组及当归川芎(1:1)组PT及APTT均长于模型组,而FIB低于模型组,组间比较有显著性差异(P均〈0.05);当归川芎(1.5:1)组及当归川芎(1:1)组PT及APTT均长于当归川芎(1:0)组及当归川芎(0:1)组,而FIB低于当归川芎(1:0)组及当归川芎(0:1)组,且组间比较有显著性差异(P均〈0.05)。结论当归川芎(1.5:1)及当归川芎(1:1)配伍均能明显改善急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学特征和凝血功能。

Abstract:Objective It is to investigate the effects of Angelica combined with Chuanxiong on hemorheology and coagulation function in acute blood stasis rats. Methods Acute blood stasis models were established, and the hemorheology (WBV and PV) and coagulation (APTT, PT and FIB) of different proportion of Angelica combined with Chuanxiong in the acute blood stasis rats were determined. Results The WBV and PV of the Angelica: Chuanxiong ( 1.5:1 ) group and Angelica: Chuanxiong ( 1 : 1 ) group were significantly lower than those of the model group (P 〈 0.05 ). WBV and PV of the Angelica: Chuanxiong ( 1.5 : 1 ) group and Angelica : Chuanxiong ( 1 : 1 ) group were lower than those of Angelica : Chuanxiong ( 1 : 0 ) group and Angelica: Chuanxiong(0:1 )group(P 〈 0.05). The PT and APTT of the Angelica: Chuanxiong (1.5:1 ) group and Angelica:Chuanxiong( 1:1 ) group were longer those of the model group, while the FIB was lower (All P 〈 0.05 ). And the PT and APTT of the Angelica:Chuanxiong ( 1.5:1 ) group and Angelica: Chuanxiong ( 1:1 ) group were longer those of the Angelica : Chuanxiong ( 1 : 0 ) group and Angelica : Chuanxiong ( 0:1 ) group, while the FIB was lower ( All P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The compatibility of Angelica and Chuanxiong ( 1.5:1 ) and Angelica Chuanxiong ( 1 : 1 ) could significantly improve the hemorheology and coagulation function in acute blood stasis rats.
