中西医结合治疗创伤性骨折的疗效观察

目的：观察手术联合中药外敷、内服治疗创伤性骨折的临床效果。方法：随机选取60例创伤性骨折患者,按数表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予钢板内固定手术、换药、牵引等西医治疗方法,研究组在对照组的基础上给予中药外敷、内服等治疗方法,随访观察12个月,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、骨痂形成时间、软组织修复效果、愈合时间等。结果：研究组平均骨痂形成时间、平均软组织修复时间、平均愈合时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：西医常规治疗联合中药治疗创伤性骨折,能够加快受创伤软组织的修复,促进骨痂形成,使骨折愈合时间缩短。

Clinical observation on treating traumatic fracture in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on traumatic fracture. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, the control group was given plate fixation surgery, medication, traction and other western treatments, the study group received TCM medicine more, with 12 months’ treatment; clinical outcomes callus formation time, the effect of soft tissue repair, healing time were observed. Results： The recovery time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can speed up the repair of soft tissue trauma, and promote callus formation, shorten the fracture healing time.
